You want quality Neopets art? You got quality Neopets art! Since there are a lot of entries that seem to only most votes because of advertisment on the boards. So I thought I'd show of some of the nicer artwork! (Though I understand this could be a little biased because of my taste in artwork. So I'll focus more on effort than anything.)
